浇铸导管 Down Sprue     en▼

ALFISO陶瓷纤维浇道管（浇铸导管）用于消失模铸造(熔模铸造)，可通过其浇铸铁水，钢水或铝水到聚苯乙烯消失模内。薄壁和平滑的浇铸口使的浇铸后导管内的金属残留量降低，并减少浇铸时的紊流和浇铸时间。

浇道管上可设置过滤器直接浇铸，以减少不必要的导流系统。


ALFISO ceramic fiber runner pipe (casting conduit) is used for EPC (investment casting), through which molten iron, steel or aluminum can be cast into polystyrene EPC. The thin wall and smooth casting port minimize the residual metal in the tremie after casting, and reduce turbulence and casting time during casting.

A filter can be set on the runner pipe for direct casting to reduce unnecessary diversion system.
